As an Administrative Assistant - Office Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Your duties will include directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and opening and distributing mail and other materials. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. In addition, you will compile data, statistics and other information, advise senior management, and order office supplies and maintain inventory. You will also be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents, conducting research, performing data entry, and providing customer service. You will maintain and manage digital database. Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
