You will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, including HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with CANADIAN EMPLOYMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS and maintain accurate payroll records.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Payroll Management procedures, proficiency in QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team. If you have experience in an office administration or similar role and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, we encourage you to apply.
