Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at EKE Food Service INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated properly to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
