About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Arirang Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Staff Management

Monitor and manage the performance of staff, providing coaching and training to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Planning and Organization

Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Recruitment and Staffing

Recruit and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Government Programs

Ensure that the restaurant is recognized as a responsible employer and complies with all relevant government programs and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
