Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Passage to India Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Cost products and services to optimize profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
- Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure exceptional customer service
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
