Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Passage to India Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of over 20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
