Restaurant Operations Manager

Arirang Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly assess and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Government Recognition: Maintain recognition as a respected employer through adherence to government programs and regulations.
- Experience and Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong educational background and proficiency in English.
Working Conditions: 30-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
