Job Description

The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Performing data entry and training staff
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
  • Resolving conflict situations and commissioning systems and components

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include:
