Job Details

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budget management.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic security clearance and bondability.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel regularly.
