We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Beauty Diamond Cleaning Services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt and distribution of mail, packages, and other materials;
- Manage the scheduling and confirmation of appointments;
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions;
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets;
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other software applications (an asset).
