Windermere Music Academy Inc is a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence in music education. We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events; opening and distributing mail and other materials; scheduling appointments; answering telephone calls and relay messages; and ordering office supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and greeting visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure. You should have a high school diploma and at least 7 months of administrative experience.
