Administrative Support Specialist

At Fred Trottier Construction Limited, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team. Your duties will include recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Advise senior management
- Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Perform personal and business errands for employers
- Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
- 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Valid driver's licence
- Own vehicle
