We are a dynamic and innovative company, Creative Silhouettes Inc., specializing in wall murals, car wraps, and signs. Our unique approach sets us apart from other printing companies in Canada. We seek an experienced sales professional to join our sales department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managerial experience in an office environment, excellent communication skills, and exceptional negotiation and leadership abilities. Knowledge of the Signs and large format printing industry is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sending price quotes and managing existing client projects
  • Implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
  • Working with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (asset)
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $58,000 per year, plus bonus pay and commission. Benefits include life insurance, on-site parking, and paid time off. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexible language requirements (French not required). Education requirements include AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred), and experience in B2B sales is mandatory with at least 2 years of experience.
