Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company vision, identify new opportunities, and foster a positive work environment.
  2. Sales & Marketing Management: Work with the sales team to increase our rep network, OEM presence, and brand visibility while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  3. Operational Management: Oversee production, supply chain, quality assurance, R&D, and distribution, ensuring efficient resource use and operational performance.
  4. Financial Management: Collaborate for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, procurement, and cost management to meet profitability targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
