Business Development Manager for Small Business Growth

About HUB International We are a leading insurance brokerage firm seeking an experienced Account Manager to execute on our small business growth strategy as part of Project Elevate. This role will play a critical part in supporting the SME Department's objectives.
Responsibilities- Sales - understanding and meeting new clients' needs, throughout the sales life-cycle.
- Negotiating with insurers for coverage and pricing to provide the best possible client solutions.
- Proven track record in sales, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
