Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Personal & Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and deepening client relationships with small businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for business growth, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen their banking relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and business performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
