About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kenux Tent Ltd. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a language of work being English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and costs, to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests.

Chef Supervision and Training

Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.

Food Safety and Quality

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

English is the primary language of work.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment, with a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
