We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at THE FISH STORE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.

Cleanliness and Organization

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure that our staff can work safely and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or chef

Language

Fluent in English
