About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Glo Restaurant & Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Chef Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Team Leadership

Lead our kitchen team to achieve our culinary goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role is required.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
