Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they are creative, delicious, and meet the company's standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Inspect food preparation and presentation to ensure it meets the company's quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Conditions
