Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our corporate services manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Ensure the reception area and boardrooms are maintained professionally, replenishing company materials as needed.
  • Update internal phone lists and office seating plans using Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Process expense reports through Concur and coordinate catering orders for meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required by the corporate services manager.
  • Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' work experience in a high-volume receptionist position.
  • Excellent customer service skills and detail-oriented disposition.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with SAP, Concur, and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
