Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:
Midtown Honda is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner, and direct them to the relevant department or representative.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that all necessary materials and supplies are available.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with the BDC and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Relevant Receptionist experience, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
