Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our therapists, employees, and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate scheduling, appointments, and referrals using our scheduling software.
  • Process and track billing tasks, including sending invoices, receipts, and payment statements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients, therapists, and staff.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is an asset.
