Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at BluePearl. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage client communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate appointments, surgeries, and other hospital activities.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Provide emotional support and resources to clients during difficult times.
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and care for our patients.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
