Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Estate Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating communication with external stakeholders, including Notaries, Lawyers, Tax Accountants, government authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Preparing documents such as letters and other correspondence to clients and external parties.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, and redirecting them as needed.
  • Conducting research to support internal and external clients, compiling and organizing findings for easy access.
  • Managing client files, performing administrative tasks, and entering data into our software.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
  • Technical savviness, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
