Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining filing systems.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing expenses and tracking financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
