Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Montreal office. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support in our fast-paced environment, ensuring that all documents are issued and all data is input in a manner that services the clients and reflects favorably on the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain client files and documents.
  • Issue policies, endorsements, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
  • Process invoices, quotes, letters, PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements, and other documents as needed.
  • Issue certificates and send correspondence as required.
  • Follow established procedures related to non-verbal and repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate new and renewal broker licenses for the team.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, an asset.
  • College diploma (DEC).
  • Knowledge of EPIC, an asset.
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, and retirement and savings programs.
