Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kaayu Technologies.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

The Administrative Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This includes greeting clients, filtering emails, performing various administrative tasks, managing supplies, and assisting with human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and direct them to the relevant staff member or department as needed
  • Filter and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of daily life, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Manage office supplies and ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped
  • Assist with human resources functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with software such as Acomba.
