Facilities Operations Specialist

HCLTech is a leading technology company that requires an experienced Facilities Operations Specialist to manage its day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, including maintenance, inventory management, and space allocation.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Facilities Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility operations, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities in accordance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation of infrastructure services, repair and maintenance of existing systems, and retrofit of systems.
- Manage space allocation, ensuring proper seating arrangements for various projects within the delivery center.
- Monitor security guard performance (if applicable) and coordinate guard deployment and duties.
- Ensure CCTV system functionality, badge access control systems, and door hardware are continuously functional.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
