Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to food safety guidelines and ensuring cleanliness throughout the department.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality management.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively.
