Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Patara Orchards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls and budgetary records
  • Analyze data to prepare periodic reports and presentations
  • Provide exceptional support to senior management, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business operations or administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
