We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at SomnoPlus Inc.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in sales and management, with a strong track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning tasks, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient operations.

You will also be responsible for managing cash, preparing reports, and resolving issues that may arise. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

This is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week. English is the primary work language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff members
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Manage cash and finances
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues and complaints from customers and staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years of experience in sales and management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Benefits
