Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Boucherville, QC

Reports to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory of accounts with a quota ranging from $2M to $5M and be accountable for customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability within their assigned territory.
  • Manage the planned sales call process and all it entails within their territory.
  • Achieve balanced performance of connectivity, network, and support services.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in selling IT staffing and/or IT services to VAR, OEMs, and Integrators.
  • University/College Degree or equivalent.
  • Outstanding skills in time management, written and oral communications.
  • Superior business aptitude and organizational skills.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings.
  • Work with clients on job orders, follow-ups, and placements.
  • Post and update job order requirements into the main recruitment database repository and assign work with a recruitment professional.
  • Maintain and update job orders in Quickbase as per change requirements.
  • Manage revenue growth, profit, and loss within their assigned territory.
  • Be a change advocate and ensure functional areas are aligned with customer expectations and needs.
  • Manage financial performance as specified in Goal Sheets.
  • Protect and grow revenues within existing accounts.
  • Grow market share by acquiring new accounts from competitors.
  • Have a legacy of credibility and outstanding communication skills.
  • Leverage partnerships with industry leaders and capitalize on existing account control.
  • Implement strategic and tactical initiatives and plans.
  • Develop business cases and solicit management concurrence.
  • Maintain outstanding business relationships with customers, business partners, other departments, vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Initiate actions to correct deficiencies or 'out of line' financial performance within their assigned territories.
  • Develop territory and account plans.
  • Analyze and provide remedies for customer satisfaction issues within their assigned territories.
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers at all levels to resolve concerns, monitor customer satisfaction, and drive incremental opportunities.
  • Leverage corporate and regional resources to achieve territory objectives.
