Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and services
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales and business development
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments
  • Provide customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
