We are seeking a highly-driven Business Development Manager to join Digital Business Systems Inc. in the Greater Toronto Area.

About Us

Digital Business Systems Inc. is a fast-growing copier dealer operating mainly in Ontario with national accounts. Founded in 2003, we have expanded our customer base and achieved growth through business acquisitions. We specialize in print and managed print services, providing exceptional after-sales service to our clients.

What We Offer

Our Business Development Manager will enjoy a competitive base salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, uncapped commissions, as well as:

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, growing our existing portfolio, and leveraging existing contacts to drive revenue growth. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and a strong understanding of the industry is essential.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven sales experience in the office equipment/ print services industry

• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, close deals, and achieve sales targets

• Strong network of contacts within the office equipment industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively in a team environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and develop effective solutions

• Willingness to identify, understand, and give priority to meeting the needs of the customer
