We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1299661 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
- Chef Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and time management skills
