About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spicy Fusion. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present our menu items to the highest standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet our menu demands.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
