Job Responsibilities
As a Sales and Logistics Representative at Integrity Express Logistics, you will serve as a liaison between customers and carriers, securing new accounts, negotiating contracts, and communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and customers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Making prospecting calls to provide logistics solutions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Negotiating rates and bidding on future business
  • Ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods
  • Collecting and filing necessary paperwork
  • Performing various account management tasks


Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a concentrated work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, be self-motivated, and have keen negotiation skills. A positive attitude and effective communication are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and phone sales experience are preferred but not required.
