We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. as Senior Vice President Of Technology.

Job Description

The Senior Vice President Of Technology will assume a pivotal position on our management team, reporting directly to the COO. This role requires developing, directing, and executing our sales strategy for our SPM platform into select mid-market enterprise markets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing specific plans and strategies for market capture to achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives;
  • Taking a major role in key account relationships, closing complex deals, and building ongoing relationships;
  • Hiring, training, organizing, and deploying a high-performing sales organization;
  • Establishing sales metrics and KPIs;
  • Developing and implementing enhanced sales processes to monitor sales funnels and forecasts;
  • Maintaining senior-level relationships with existing customers to drive additional revenues;
  • Ensuring operational milestones are met on time with high quality and within cost objectives;
  • Reporting regularly and proactively to senior management on results and plans going forward;
Competency Profile

This role demands a highly intelligent, strategically minded sales executive with superb communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should understand market trends, analyze customer buying patterns, actively participate in the sales process, and have a practical orientation towards selling.

Preferred experience includes previous work in a software-based company, North America-wide experience preferably in mid-markets, early-stage experience where the sales leader leads from the front, strong team orientation, and a willingness to relocate to Toronto.
