Strategic Partner Marketing Director for Financial Institution Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned partner marketing professional to drive growth in our client's Partnerships and Alliances division. This role will involve designing, implementing, and measuring high-impact partner marketing programs for top channel partners.

About the Job

This is a 6 month contract requiring 3 days per week in our client's office in either Toronto or Vancouver. The ideal candidate is an experienced partner marketing professional skilled at building multi-channel campaigns that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated partner marketing programs to support alliance partnerships and channel partners.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable partner marketing strategy for all partner tiers.
  • Manage budgets for partner events and campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Partner Marketing.
  • Identify strategic opportunities, events, and partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Create and maintain a repository of on-demand marketing assets for the Alliances team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Partner Marketing role within a B2B SaaS company, with 10+ years of total marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and scale new marketing programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000-$120,000 CAD annually, based on industry standards and location. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
