Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our Financial and Administrative functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative strategies to support business objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior staff and external partners
  • Provide leadership and guidance to middle managers and directors to ensure optimal performance
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior executive role
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
