About the Role

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Vice-President to lead our Financial and Business Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Financial and Business Services department, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective management of financial resources.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high-performing teams, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in financial management and business development.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
