Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Financial and Business Services department, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective management of financial resources.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high-performing teams, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in financial management and business development.
