Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business objectives.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to support business objectives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
