About the Role

Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our financial and administrative functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing the allocation of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
