Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our client's team in Burnaby, BC. The successful candidate will work across the BC territory, focusing on developing relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering firms, designers, safety professionals, and tradespeople. This role involves assisting the sales team in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities at both end-user and distribution levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage engineering firms to adopt and specify products.
  • Conduct regular presentations to enhance brand recognition and increase sales.
  • Provide training and technical support to the field sales team and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of sales experience within an industrial setting, a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle. A strong understanding of the Canadian construction and industrial sectors is essential for success in this role.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and compensation packages.
