We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the British Columbia market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business prospects across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions.

They support their customer partners by providing engineering assistance for product selection through a dedicated Sales & Support Team that deliver local hands-on Job-Site training and are backed by a reliable supply chain built with a history of quality manufacturing and strong distribution network.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive revenue growth and expand our client's presence in the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industrial sector and be able to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Safety, and Trades professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and cultivating new business prospects at both end-user and distribution levels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Safety, and Trades professionals
  • Conduct regular presentations to engineering firms to enhance brand recognition and increase sales
  • Provide training and technical support to the field sales team and customers, as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience within an industrial setting
  • Possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Strong understanding of the industrial sector and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
