At EightSix Network, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Business Development Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our luxury menswear brand, Bugatchi, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our e-commerce and digital strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' combined digital and e-commerce experience with a fashion brand and a strong understanding of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms. They must possess a keen affinity for growing and scaling significant e-commerce business, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Curate and manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Plan and implement product promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to collaborate with internal & external teams to create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
