We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our 317 Elite Sales Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales and service, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will work closely with our district sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies, drive pipeline growth, and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively sell document destruction or other services to prospective customers in a specific territory to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and set specific, measurable sales targets on a monthly and annual basis, working closely with the district sales manager.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise on all services and competitive solutions, implementing best practices to sell solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and sales strategy for the assigned territory, reporting daily activities and results.
  • Build relationships with current and potential customers to understand their requirements and present services that best meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, with a proven track record in business-to-business sales and service.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and internet/social media platforms.
  • Able to travel within a defined territory on a daily basis, with minimal long-distance travel required.
