Job Responsibilities
">- Keeping our office running smoothly, from greeting visitors to coordinating events
- Providing top-notch administrative duties for our projects to support our Operations Team
- Preparing and maintaining agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Managing data entry and vendor setup in our ERP system
- Tracking subcontractor compliance documents
- Providing various duties for our Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and Safety Departments as required
Requirements
">- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred, with a background in commercial / industrial / multi-unit residential construction being a strong asset
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
Estimated Salary Range
">$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
