Job Responsibilities

">
  • Keeping our office running smoothly, from greeting visitors to coordinating events
  • Providing top-notch administrative duties for our projects to support our Operations Team
  • Preparing and maintaining agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation
  • Managing data entry and vendor setup in our ERP system
  • Tracking subcontractor compliance documents
  • Providing various duties for our Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and Safety Departments as required

Requirements

">
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred, with a background in commercial / industrial / multi-unit residential construction being a strong asset
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

Estimated Salary Range

">

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
